One K–12 platform, three age-appropriate experiences.
The Kaiden Project™ is a single platform that changes in language and focus as a student grows — not three separate products a district has to buy or integrate individually.
Readiness, feelings, confidence, simple goals, asking for help.
Identity, belonging, responsibility, academic habits, interests.
Purpose, execution, leadership, pathways, college and career readiness.
One continuous, authorized record follows the student across grade bands and school transitions — not a fresh start at each one.
Approved pricing.
These are purchasing plans. They are separate from the tiers of support a school uses within MTSS.
| Offer | Price | Minimum / Limit |
|---|---|---|
| 90-Day Guided Pilot | $4,500 one time | One school, up to 1,000 participating students |
| Pilot expansion | +$500 per additional 250 students, or portion thereof | — |
| Foundation™ | $6/student/year | $3,000 per school/year |
| Growth Intelligence™ | $12/student/year | $6,000 per school/year |
| Executive Intelligence™ | $18/student/year | $18,000 per district/year |
| Enterprise (21+ schools) | Custom quote | Written scope and price |
Enrollment figures used in illustrative examples throughout this page (for example, a 514-student school) are an illustrative assumption for calculation purposes only — not a verified national or district-specific average. Get an actual quote based on your district's real enrollment.
Worked example — Foundation™, one school
A school of 514 students: $4,500 pilot + $3,084 Foundation™ year one (514 × $6 — already above the $3,000 minimum) = $7,584 across approximately 15 months (90-day pilot + 12-month agreement). No pilot-to-contract credit applies. Monthly figures shown throughout this page are the monthly equivalent of an annual agreement, not an automatically cancellable monthly subscription, unless installment billing is separately offered and documented in writing.
Growth Intelligence™ — corrected per-school calculation
The $6,000 minimum applies per school, not as a district average. Calculate each school separately — the greater of (enrollment × $12) or $6,000 — then sum. This matters most when school sizes are uneven:
| School Enrollment | Per-School Calculation | Charge |
|---|---|---|
| 314 | 314 × $12 = $3,768 — below minimum | $6,000 |
| 414 | 414 × $12 = $4,968 — below minimum | $6,000 |
| 514 | 514 × $12 = $6,168 — above minimum | $6,168 |
| 614 | 614 × $12 = $7,368 | $7,368 |
| 714 | 714 × $12 = $8,568 | $8,568 |
| Total (5 schools, 2,570 students) | $34,104 | |
A district-average calculation (2,570 × $12 = $30,840) would understate this by $3,264 (10.6%). Any real district quote needs actual per-school enrollment, not a district average.
The 90-Day Guided Pilot.
$4,500 for one school, up to 1,000 participating students. Additional enrollment is priced at +$500 per additional 250 students or portion thereof. The pilot includes two remote staff-training sessions, three implementation reviews, and a full findings report at the end of 90 days.
The 90-day clock starts on the agreed go-live date, after readiness acceptance — not on contract signature. School-break periods and launch delays are documented in the written agreement.
No pilot-to-contract conversion credit exists in this pricing schedule. Pilot participation does not automatically continue into an annual agreement — that is a separate decision made after the pilot's findings are reviewed.
What students receive.
Structured, age-appropriate check-ins tied to their grade band (Build Me™, Find Me™, or Launch Me™) — goals, participation, a way to ask for help, and recognition of their own growth over time. Included in every tier; no student-facing capability is withheld based on the district's purchasing tier.
What schools receive in each tier.
Tier restrictions apply to capabilities, not to job titles. A person's role does not by itself determine their access — the tier the district has purchased does. See Section 4 of the Instructional Leaders page for how this applies role by role.
| Capability | Foundation™ | Growth Intelligence™ | Executive Intelligence™ |
|---|---|---|---|
| Student check-ins, goals, growth records | Included | Included | Included |
| Authorized staff follow-up (single school) | Included | Included | Included |
| Coordinated cases, accepted handoffs across roles | Not included | Included | Included |
| Family-summary review workflow | Not included | Included | Included |
| Cross-school coordination within a district | Not included | Included | Included |
| District executive overview & recurrence reporting | Not included | Not included | Included |
Training and implementation services.
The pilot includes two remote staff-training sessions and three implementation reviews. This is a defined, scoped training allowance — not open-ended or unlimited "full staff training." Additional training beyond this allowance is separately priced (see Section 11).
24-hour technical support in every tier.
Every tier includes 24-hour incident reporting and on-call response for critical and high-priority technical incidents. Routine requests are handled during written staffed business hours, not around the clock.
This is a technical incident-response commitment, not a continuously staffed overnight help desk and not 24-hour counseling or student-support coverage. See Section 8 for how technical response differs from student response.
Technical response and student response.
Technical response (Section 7) covers platform incidents — outages, access failures, data errors — with defined response targets and escalation paths for critical/high-priority issues, available 24 hours for incident reporting.
Student response is entirely separate: it is handled by the school's own authorized staff, following the district's own procedures and response-time commitments, during the school's own operating hours. Kaiden does not provide student-facing crisis response, and does not replace a district's mandated-reporter obligations or emergency procedures.
Access and information handling.
Access follows a person's assigned responsibilities, not their title alone. The district's student information system remains the source of record for official identity and enrollment. See the full IT & Cyber chapters for the complete data-intake, access-control and retention approach.
Enrollment and tier changes.
Additional-school rollout: standard onboarding for schools added after the initial contract is not automatically included in existing annual pricing. Integration and onboarding for each additional school is priced before signing.
2–4 school deployments are a typical deployment size, not a named product tier. These are quoted based on the capability set the district actually wants — Foundation™ replicated per school, or Growth Intelligence™ features priced individually — rather than assigned an invented fourth tier.
Separately priced work.
Training beyond the pilot's included two sessions, custom integrations, additional-school onboarding after initial contract, and any implementation work outside the defined pilot and tier scopes are priced separately and confirmed in writing before work begins.
