Phase 1 · Days 1–30 · FOUNDATION
Establish the participation baseline
Deploy at one school or one grade band. The pilot is designed to minimize district IT burden, with Kaiden supporting configuration, onboarding and technical setup. Days 1–30 establish the participation baseline and determine whether consistent student use can be achieved.
Phase 2 · Days 31–60 · GROWTH INTELLIGENCE
Daily patterns become visible
Teachers see student growth signals within their workflow. Counselors have a structured support queue. Families receive weekly summaries. The principal sees a school-wide picture. Signal patterns begin to emerge.
Phase 3 · Days 61–90 · DECISION POINT
Evidence-based decision
A Pilot Impact Report is prepared for district leadership and board review. The district decides to expand, refine, continue, or conclude. Commercial deployment packages (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) are discussed separately with district leadership during Phase 3.

Approved Pricing
The 90-Day Guided Pilot, and what comes after it.
$4,500 for one school, up to 1,000 participating students. Additional enrollment is priced at +$500 per additional 250 students or portion thereof. No pilot-to-contract conversion credit exists in this pricing schedule — pilot participation does not automatically convert into an annual agreement.
