The 90-day clock starts on the agreed go-live date, after readiness acceptance — not on contract signature. School-break periods and launch delays are documented in the written agreement.
No pilot-to-contract conversion credit exists in this pricing schedule, and pilot participation does not automatically continue into an annual agreement. Continuation is a separate decision made after the pilot's findings are reviewed.
